Tanner MacArthur was born in Columbia, South Carolina, and currently lives and works in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his B.A. from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, and is an M.F.A. candidate at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, with emphasis in painting, sculpture, and mixed media. He is the Director of Bullpen Gallery, co-operates the ongoing Instagram documentary project _.dissolve and is the sole director of Roaming Abstract, a Twitter Bot project.
